So - My first post... Exciting, right?
I had seen photos of this online and was impressed at what good effect it is. Went and grabbed a handful of nuts, bolts and screws from the garage and set about building the metropolis... Does anyone know how frustrating trying to get screws to stand up straight is?
They are standing on a cheap PVC backdrop that I bought from Amazon (Link is on the Shop page) - It is matte on one side and glossy on the other so gives a nice reflection when you get the angles right.
Once I had the 'City' standing, I just started taking photos - I was using the Newer LED lights, with different colour filters to get the different effects.
I think that they came out pretty decent.
These were taken with the following equipment:
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm Prime Lens
Neewer 5600K USB LED Lights
SLIK Pro 700DX Tripod
Benfro 3-Way Geared tripod head
